This is a home page of the Algorithm Development Laboratory.
Our work is focused in following areas:
- text mining
- sequence analysis
- machine learning
- adaptation of computational biology algorithms to non-standard comuter architectures (Cell/GPU)
The text mining applications include development of methods for approximate text search, as well as automatic identification of chemical compunds and chemical reactions in publications.
Sequence analysis work is devoted to application of amino acid properties in sequence analysis and development of tools for analysis of aptamer sequences.
